We collect only the information you choose to send us through our enquiry form, WhatsApp or email.

1.1 Enquiry form

Our online enquiry form collects four fields only:

• Name: so we know who to address in our reply.
• WhatsApp number: so we can reply on WhatsApp if you prefer.
• Email address: so we can send written quotes and order details.
• Your requirements: the part numbers, quantities, destination and delivery dates you describe.

1.2 Material you send us

To identify a bearing, you may choose to send us extra material, such as:

• Photos of bearings, worn parts or packaging.
• Koyo / JTEKT markings, packaging references and equipment or vehicle details.
• Part lists or stock lists with several references.

We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include them in your messages.

02How we use your information

We use your information only to handle your bearing enquiry and any order that follows.

We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we do not build profiles from them.

03Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only when needed to deliver your order.

When goods ship, we pass the minimum needed details to the logistics providers who carry them, such as the consignee name, contact number, delivery address and shipment details. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

04WhatsApp and email channels

If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, those services are also governed by their own privacy policies.

WhatsApp and the email providers used by you and by us process message data on their own systems, under their own terms. We do not control how they handle data. Please read their privacy policies before sending photos, part lists or other files through these channels.

05Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as we need it for your enquiry, quote and order, plus any period required for accounting, tax or legal reasons.

5.1 How long we keep data

Enquiry details are kept while a quote is open and while you may reasonably follow up. Order records, such as references, quantities and shipping details, are kept for after-sales support and to meet record-keeping duties. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.

5.2 How we protect it

• Only staff who handle your enquiry or order can access your information.
• Accounts and systems that store enquiry data are password-protected.
• We collect only the fields listed in section 01 and nothing more.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Our website may use cookies needed for it to work and basic analytics that show how visitors use our pages.
